Financing and Restructuring of Cartagena Mass Transit Concession

IFC and FMO

Advised the lender group on the project financing of a concessionaire of Cartagena's mass public transportation system. We also advised the lenders on several restructurings of the concession framework, including an agreement with the District of Cartagena to amend the project's concession agreement.
