Structuring of the Autopista de la Montaña Concession

Advised Interconexión Eléctrica S.A., as concessionaire, on the Autopista de la Montaña concession. We advised on the legal structuring of this PPP project, which formed part of Colombia's road infrastructure strategy to improve connectivity and reduce travel times in key regions and comprised more than 1,000 km of dual-carriageway roads. Our legal structuring work included analysis of the concession agreement and the construction, operation and maintenance phases, with a view to achieving project bankability, among other matters.
Private-Initiative PPP for the El Dorado Airport Runways

Advised on the structuring of a private-initiative PPP sponsored by CODAD for the management of the runways at El Dorado International Airport in Bogotá. Our advice included legal structuring, contractual matters and review of the regulatory framework applicable to the project.
