Advised Regasificadora del Pacífico S.A. and the sponsor on the structuring of a logistics and port services project in Buenaventura and a regasification project in Buga, Valle del Cauca, including negotiation of all material contracts, such as arrangements to secure an FSU, the design and construction agreement for the regasification facility and the offtake agreement, among others. We also advised the project on its financing under New York law through a project finance structure.

Advised the client in connection with the project entitled 'District Energy in Colombia – Phase II, ID 190085,' aimed at fostering and promoting sustainable and energy-efficient urban development through district energy systems, an innovative infrastructure for the production of heating and cooling in Colombian cities.

Advised EDF on the development of a green hydrogen production project in Colombia. Our work included the corporate structuring and partnership arrangements with the other sponsors and material project agreements, including EPC, O&M, O&E, PPAs and HPAs. We also advised EDF on all regulatory matters and the financing structure required for the project, including drafting and negotiating the legal documentation and providing support throughout each stage of the project.

Advised the company, an affiliate of EDF Colombia, on the development of a renewable energy project in Colombia, including arrangements with potential strategic partners, the EPC agreement, the O&M agreement and other matters relating to the bankability of the project for purposes of achieving financial close.
